Advanced SEO that compounds.

The SEO processes top search scientists actually run, on monthly retainer or agile sprints. We identify the technical, on-page, backlink, and content opportunities that attract qualified traffic and compound over time: leads, rankings, revenue.

SEO as an engineering discipline

Most agencies run SEO as a checklist. We run it as a system of named, repeatable processes refined across 300+ businesses and 20+ industries since 2008 · each process instrumented, measured, and improved with every engagement.

The stack covers competitor intelligence, keyword architecture, technical health, on-page engineering, content operations, and authority building. Every recommendation traces to data: crawl evidence, SERP analysis, or measured competitor behavior, never opinion.

Topical coverage now beats keyword repetition: large-scale ranking studies show breadth and depth of entity coverage is the strongest on-page factor, while exact-match keyword density correlates with almost nothing. Our briefs and audits are built around that reality.

  • Technical & on-page at audit depth, 100+ factors
  • Authority engineered around real link gaps
  • Rankings that convert to leads and revenue

Technical SEO at audit depth

Crawlability, indexation control, rendering, canonical logic, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture, audited against a 100+ point checklist and fixed in priority order of revenue impact.

We've rebuilt structures for catalogs of 14,000+ pages, repaired canonical chains at scale, and engineered schema coverage that captures more SERP real estate for every template.

Content audit: every URL gets a verdict

Our content audits merge 50+ data points per URL: crawl output, analytics, Search Console, backlinks, conversions, engagement, and publish dates. Then every indexed page receives one of four verdicts, keep, improve, consolidate, or remove, each with a written page-level strategy, an owner, and a priority, so the audit ends as a project plan instead of a spreadsheet.

The rules are numeric. Under 20 organic visits in six months with zero links and zero conversions makes a page a removal candidate. Under 500 words with near-zero traffic gets consolidated into a stronger asset. Pages holding backlinks but no traffic get 301-redirected into ranking pages so link equity keeps working. Removal usually means noindex rather than deletion, and content under a year old is protected while it matures.

The improve bucket feeds our quick-win program: keywords already ranking at positions 5–15 are qualified against the SERP, distilled to a shortlist of roughly 200 opportunities, and relaunched with a stated goal of top-five placement inside 60–90 days. Reporting quantifies the organic traffic sitting in each verdict bucket, so you see exactly what is at stake before we touch anything.

SERP qualification: the gates a keyword must clear

No keyword enters the pipeline on volume alone. The difficulty ceiling comes from your own data: we export everything you already rank top-5 for, plot the difficulty distribution, and cap new targets a few points below the top of your largest bucket. Difficulty you already crack is difficulty you can crack again.

Each shortlisted keyword then clears page-level gates: at least three top-10 results within ten authority points of your domain, several results with page-level authority near your own URL's, and same-format results winning with single-digit referring-domain counts. Content type is tested too, three to five of the top ten must share your format, or the SERP is telling you a different page type wins.

Finally we benchmark link velocity: how many new referring domains the current leaders added over the past 7, 30, and 60 days. That acquisition rate sets the monthly link pace required to take the position and hold it. The full chain runs in about a minute per keyword, which is why our shortlists stay small and our hit rate stays high.

The full methodology

Phase by phase. Deliverable by deliverable.

Every engagement runs the same named processes we've refined since 2008, with numeric gates at each step. Keywords clear a five-point SERP qualification before they enter the pipeline, every URL gets one of four verdicts, and link targets come from measured competitor velocity. Here is the sequence, phase by phase.

[ 01.M · METHOD ]
01

Audit and evidence base

Weeks 1–3

What we do

  • Crawl the full site with Search Console and analytics data mapped onto every URL
  • Merge 50+ data points per URL: traffic, conversions, referring domains, engagement, publish dates
  • Date-match traffic drops against SERP volatility indices and documented algorithm updates
  • Grade every competitor by authority and mine the ones within ten points of your domain first
  • Verify indexed page counts against Search Console and diagnose any large discrepancy

What you get

  • A 100+ factor technical audit with fixes in revenue order
  • Content audit dashboard with a keep, improve, consolidate, or remove verdict per URL
  • Penalty-risk assessment and the audit goals it dictates
Phase exitEvery indexed URL has a verdict, an owner, and a priority.
02

Keyword architecture

Weeks 2–5

What we do

  • Build the master keyword database from competitor mining, seed expansion, and gap analysis
  • Set the difficulty ceiling from the distribution of terms you already rank top-5 for
  • Qualify each shortlisted keyword on page-level authority, format match, and link thresholds
  • Count leaders' new referring domains over 7, 30, and 60 days to set the monthly link pace
  • Group survivors into a nav, category, and product matrix that drafts the sitemap

What you get

  • Master keyword document with intent, difficulty, and compete calls per term
  • A keyword map tying every page to its primary and secondary terms
  • A 12-month content calendar sequenced from homepage to blog
Phase exitEvery money keyword maps to a URL and the calendar is approved.
03

Technical remediation

Weeks 3–8

What we do

  • Fix crawlability, indexation control, canonical chains, and redirect hops in priority order
  • Restrict sitemaps to indexable 200-status URLs only
  • Implement schema at template level, restrained to the types that earn results
  • Bring money pages within three clicks of home and re-link orphans carrying traffic
  • Clear Core Web Vitals budgets on the templates that matter

What you get

  • Prioritized fix register with revenue ordering
  • Redirect map with single-hop 301s
  • Before and after crawl comparison per template
Phase exitGoogle re-crawls money pages within roughly seven days.
04

Quick wins and relaunches

Weeks 4–10

What we do

  • Pull every keyword ranking at positions 5–15 and distill a shortlist of roughly 200
  • Relaunch qualified pages with briefs that outline the top ten results combined
  • Resolve cannibalization with the exact-match top-keyword test, then merge or 301
  • Place 10–15 internal links per relaunch, sorted by URL authority and verified in body copy

What you get

  • Relaunched pages with per-section briefs and word counts summing to target
  • Internal link log with anchor, source, and destination per placement
  • Cannibalization resolutions with the test evidence behind each call
Phase exitThe first relaunch cohort is live with before and after tracking running.
05

Authority and compounding

Months 3–12

What we do

  • Run link campaigns paced to the leaders' measured referring-domain velocity
  • Ship epic content briefed to rank for 1,000+ keywords per page
  • Refresh decaying pages on the cadence each SERP demands
  • Re-audit quarterly and reprioritize by what actually moved

What you get

  • Monthly links earned, logged with anchor, target, and indexation status
  • Quarterly re-audit with movement attributed per workstream
  • Rank, traffic, and revenue reporting against the baseline
Phase exitThe quick-win cohort holds top-5 and the next cluster is qualified.

[ 01.3 · FAQ ]
What is advanced SEO?

Advanced SEO is search optimization run as an engineering discipline rather than a checklist: deep technical auditing, data-driven keyword architecture, entity-complete content, and authority building, executed as named, repeatable processes and measured against rankings, traffic, and revenue.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Our Low-Hanging Fruit process targets keywords stuck at the bottom of pages 1–2 and delivers early movement: on Atlys, the first targeted page set lifted 165% within seven days. Structural gains compound over 3–9 months; Atlys grew from 44,666 to 220,194 monthly organic visits (+393%) across a nine-month engagement.

Do you work on retainer or project basis?

Both. Our processes run on monthly retainers for continuous compounding growth, or as agile sprints for teams that need a specific outcome, an audit, a migration, a recovery, inside a fixed window.

What does an SEO audit include?

A 100+ factor review across technical health (crawlability, indexation, rendering, Core Web Vitals), on-page engineering (titles, structure, internal linking, schema), content quality, and backlink profile, delivered with a prioritized, revenue-ordered fix plan.

Does SEO still matter now that AI answers exist?

More than ever. AI search systems retrieve and cite pages using search infrastructure, being indexed, crawlable, and authoritative is the entry ticket. We engineer for both: classic rankings and AI citations, in one program.
